Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence
At Latinconnect, we use modern artificial intelligence technologies to support our editorial team — never as a replacement for human expertise.
Our content is based on the knowledge of our destination experts, our DMC partners and the Latinconnect team. Artificial intelligence assists us with language refinement, translations, content structuring and quality assurance. Before publication, all content is reviewed, supplemented and approved by our editorial team.
Travel programmes, destinations and tourism services are additionally validated using information provided by our local Destination Management Companies (DMCs).
This allows us to combine the efficiency of modern technology with the experience of people who have known Latin America for many years.

We use artificial intelligence in a transparent and responsible manner, guided by the principles of the EU AI Act and internationally recognised standards for transparency and the responsible use of artificial intelligence.
Use of Images
Images published by Latinconnect may originate from different sources, depending on the content:
- Original images provided by our Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and partners.
- Licensed image libraries.
- Images supplied by customers or partners.
- Images edited by our editorial team or enhanced with the support of artificial intelligence.
- AI-generated illustrations or visualisations used to better represent a destination or travel experience.
When AI-assisted image editing is used, the original meaning of the image remains unchanged. These technologies are used to optimise colours, lighting, image quality and selected creative elements.
Whenever fully AI-generated illustrations are used, they serve only as supporting visual material and are applied in a transparent and responsible manner.
If images supplied by our partners or licensed image providers have already been created or edited using artificial intelligence, this is beyond our control. Nevertheless, we carefully select all image sources and use them responsibly.
