Mais pour notre \u00e9quipe, une sortie d\u2019entreprise r\u00e9cente nous a rappel\u00e9 l\u2019importance de l\u2019\u00e9quilibre, du travail d\u2019\u00e9quipe et de la beaut\u00e9 de la nature, et nous a permis de sortir du quotidien et de nous connecter \u00e0 un autre niveau.<\/p><p>Un samedi matin de bonne heure, nous nous sommes retrouv\u00e9s avec nos v\u00e9los, nos casques et beaucoup d\u2019enthousiasme sur le parking de notre bureau. En traversant la partie nord de Quito en voiture, nous ne pouvions pas imaginer ce qui nous attendait ! Nous avons roul\u00e9 un moment sur une ancienne route de Quito jusqu\u2019au point le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de notre parcours (3 200 m), o\u00f9 nous avons poursuivi \u00e0 la force de nos muscles. Quelques minutes plus tard, nous avons parcouru 10 kilom\u00e8tres \u00e0 v\u00e9lo sur une route asphalt\u00e9e mais calme, entour\u00e9s de flore andine, jusqu\u2019au village de Nono \u00e0 2 900 m. De l\u00e0, nous avons continu\u00e9 sur une belle piste en gravier jusqu\u2019\u00e0 Tandayapa (1 800 m).<\/p><p>Parfois, il \u00e9tait vraiment difficile de garder un \u0153il sur la route et l\u2019autre sur le ciel. Nous avons rencontr\u00e9 des pentes raides qui ont mis notre endurance \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve ainsi que des pistes exigeantes n\u00e9cessitant un contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9cis de nos v\u00e9los. Mais \u00e0 chaque d\u00e9fi, nous nous sommes rapproch\u00e9s davantage en tant qu\u2019\u00e9quipe. Le fait de surmonter les obstacles ensemble a cr\u00e9\u00e9 un sentiment d\u2019unit\u00e9 que nous n\u2019aurions jamais atteint au bureau.<\/p><p>La luxuriante for\u00eat nuageuse \u00e9tait parsem\u00e9e de brom\u00e9liac\u00e9es, de palmiers et d\u2019orchid\u00e9es. \u00c0 notre droite coulait un ruisseau de montagne dont le murmure apaisant nous accompagnait. Et il n\u2019\u00e9tait pas rare que de petites cascades nous \u00e9merveillent. De temps en temps, nous devions arr\u00eater de p\u00e9daler et simplement respirer profond\u00e9ment.<\/p><p>Notre aventure \u00e0 v\u00e9lo a \u00e9t\u00e9 bien plus qu\u2019une simple journ\u00e9e sur deux roues. Ce fut une excellente occasion de renforcer notre \u00e9quipe, de nous reconnecter \u00e0 la nature et de recharger nos batteries. Cela nous a rappel\u00e9 que, parfois, les meilleures id\u00e9es et solutions naissent lorsque nous quittons le bureau pour explorer le monde qui nous entoure.
