Pero para nuestro equipo, una excursi\u00f3n reciente de empresa nos record\u00f3 la importancia del equilibrio, del trabajo en equipo y de la belleza de la naturaleza, permiti\u00e9ndonos salir de la rutina diaria y conectar a otro nivel.<\/p><p>Un s\u00e1bado temprano por la ma\u00f1ana nos reunimos con nuestras bicicletas, cascos y mucha expectaci\u00f3n en el aparcamiento de nuestra oficina. Mientras conduc\u00edamos por la parte norte de Quito, \u00a1no pod\u00edamos imaginar lo que nos esperaba! Recorrimos un tramo por una antigua carretera desde Quito hasta el punto m\u00e1s alto de nuestro recorrido (3.200 m), donde continuamos el trayecto con fuerza propia. Pocos minutos despu\u00e9s, recorrimos en bicicleta 10 kil\u00f3metros por una carretera asfaltada pero tranquila, rodeados de flora andina, hasta llegar al pueblo de Nono a 2.900 m. Desde all\u00ed continuamos por un hermoso camino de grava hasta Tandayapa (1.800 m).<\/p><p>A veces era realmente dif\u00edcil mantener un ojo en la carretera y el otro en el cielo. Nos encontramos con empinadas colinas que pusieron a prueba nuestra resistencia y con senderos exigentes que requer\u00edan un control preciso de nuestras bicicletas. Pero con cada desaf\u00edo nos unimos m\u00e1s como equipo. Superar los obst\u00e1culos juntos cre\u00f3 un sentimiento de cohesi\u00f3n que nunca podr\u00edamos alcanzar en la oficina.<\/p><p>El exuberante bosque nuboso estaba cubierto de bromelias, palmeras y orqu\u00eddeas. A nuestra derecha flu\u00eda un arroyo de monta\u00f1a cuyo murmullo relajante nos acompa\u00f1aba. Y no era raro que peque\u00f1as cascadas nos encantaran. De vez en cuando ten\u00edamos que dejar de pedalear y simplemente respirar profundamente.<\/p><p>Nuestra aventura en bicicleta fue mucho m\u00e1s que un d\u00eda sobre ruedas. Fue una gran oportunidad para fortalecer nuestro equipo, conectar con la naturaleza y recargar energ\u00edas. Nos record\u00f3 que, a veces, las mejores soluciones e ideas surgen cuando salimos de la oficina y exploramos el mundo que nos rodea.
