Bei einer Wanderung entlang des Flusses lassen sich der Flusslauf, die Wasserf\u00e4lle und die Becken bestaunen, an einigen Pl\u00e4tzen kann man sich auch gerne im angenehm k\u00fchlen Wasser erfrischen.<br \/><br \/>F\u00fcr einen Abstecher in die Sierra de la Macarena empfehlen wir mindestens 2 N\u00e4chte in La Macarena einzuplanen. Dieses kleine St\u00e4dtchen im Departamento Meta ist der Ausgangspunkt f\u00fcr die Exkursionen zum Ca\u00f1o Cristales, der sich von hier aus in ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Boot und einer anschlie\u03b2enden etwa 2-st\u00fcndigen Wanderung erreichen l\u00e4sst.
