„In der hektischen Gesch\u00e4ftswelt vergisst man leicht die einfachen Freuden des Lebens. Aber f\u00fcr unser Team hat ein Betriebsausflug vor kurzem die Bedeutung des Gleichgewichts, der Teamarbeit und der Sch\u00f6nheit der Natur in Erinnerung gerufen und es uns erm\u00f6glicht, aus dem Alltagstrott auszubrechen und uns auf einer anderen Ebene zu verbinden.<\/p>

An einem fr\u00fchen Samstagmorgen versammelten wir uns mit unseren Fahrr\u00e4dern, Helmen und voller Vorfreude auf dem Parkplatz unseres B\u00fcros. Als wir mit dem Auto durch den n\u00f6rdlichen Teil Quitos fuhren, konnten wir uns nicht vorstellen, was uns erwartet! Wir fuhren eine Weile auf einer alten Stra\u00dfe von Quito in Richtung des h\u00f6chsten Punktes unserer Reise (3.200 m), wo wir auf Muskelkraft umstiegen. Wenige Minuten sp\u00e4ter fuhren wir mit dem Fahrrad 10 Kilometer auf einer asphaltierten, aber ruhigen Stra\u00dfe umgeben von Andenflora, bis wir das Dorf Nono auf 2.900 m erreichten. Von hier aus ging es weiter auf einer sch\u00f6nen Schotterstra\u00dfe bis nach Tandayapa (1.800 m).<\/p>

Manchmal war es wirklich schwierig, ein Auge auf die Stra\u00dfe und das andere auf den Himmel zu richten. Wir stie\u00dfen auf steile H\u00fcgel, die unsere Ausdauer auf die Probe stellten und auf knifflige Pisten, die eine genaue Kontrolle \u00fcber unsere R\u00e4der erforderten. Doch mit jeder Herausforderung wuchsen wir als Team enger zusammen. Das gemeinsame \u00dcberwinden von Hindernissen schuf ein Zusammengeh\u00f6rigkeitsgef\u00fchl, das wir im B\u00fcro nie erreichen w\u00fcrden.<\/p>

Der \u00fcppige Nebelwald war \u00fcbers\u00e4t mit Bromelien, Palmen und Orchideen. Rechts von uns floss ein Gebirgsbach, dessen beruhigendes Rauschen uns begleitete. Und nicht selten verzauberten uns kleine Wasserf\u00e4lle. Ab und zu mussten wir aufh\u00f6ren zu radeln und einfach tief durchatmen.<\/p>

Unser Fahrradabenteuer war mehr als nur ein Tag auf dem Fahrrad. Es war eine gro\u00dfartige Gelegenheit, unser Team zu st\u00e4rken, uns mit der Natur zu verbinden und unsere Batterien wieder aufzuladen. Es hat uns daran erinnert, dass manchmal die besten L\u00f6sungen und Ideen entstehen, wenn wir das B\u00fcro verlassen und die Welt um uns herum erkunden.
